Anymore the only thing I absolutely /cannot/ listen to is any ASMR. I know that's not exactly music-related, but it makes me reflexively angry.
Stuff, I'd be cool never hearing again? Probably that strain of metal where the singing is just guttural screaming/groaning.
To answer the question, I can't get into folk or ambient music; I need to listen to something fast paced or melodic or I'm tapping out.

I would say progressive rock leaves me mostly cold even as I recognize the often incredible musicianship.
